A Workshop to Help with Grief for Men
It's not just about the book. It's about communing, connecting and co-creating.
I’ve been thinking about writing a book about Grief for Men for a long, long time. One of the things that’s been stopping me is some resistance to spending that much time thinking about grief. In fact, two weeks before Chloe died I shelved the idea for the 57th time. I guess the universe had some different ideas.
Now, writing this book, and transforming how men grieve, seems like the most important thing in my world. Nothing else even comes close. The ironic part is that I am able to use myself as a laboratory of one to test my ideas as I navigate the loss of my beautiful daughter.
I will draw a line in the sand and commit to the fact that this book will be written by December 31, 2023.
I Need Your Help
One of my core beliefs is that the wisdom that’s present in any group of people is vastly superior to what any single person, or small group, could ever hope to possess. Getting a group of people together, asking great questions and designing the right conversation produces genius every single time.
To that end, I’m hosting a workshop on March 29 from 7-8:30 PM EST. Here’s what I want to accomplish:
Create a safe place for people to come together and share some of what they love about the person they have lost.
Discover some of the most important lessons people have learned from their journey through grief.
Identify some important tools that men need to know to navigate grief.
Create a way for those who are grieving to play a role in changing the way men around the world grieve.
I believe that participating in this workshop will help you in your own process of grieving. It’s a small way of remembering and honouring your loved one. Every person who reads this book will benefit from the wisdom you share during our time together.
The workshop is for anyone - not just men! The more people who join us the richer and more valuable the results will be.

A New Group Called Connecting Through Grief
My dear friend Mark Pearson lost his daughter Brooke to cancer just over four years go. He has started a new group called Connecting Through Grief. It’s a safe place for people who are grieving to connect, make new friends and share your journey with people who care.
Mark is a great guy and I’m confident that joining will help you rebuild and grow as you move forward. I’ll be in the group as well so maybe I’ll see you there.
Thank you!
Jason
